[IMPORTANT] Known Issue: "First Time Promo" not applied in the Festival Gacha

Greetings, Commanders.
We've identified the following issue after the maintenance on September 30th, 2025.
1. Unable to draw the gacha if you have more Gems than the amount to roll the "First-Time Promo" but less than the regular amount for the 10 draws.
If you are experiencing the issue mentioned above, please try again when you have 400 Gems or more.
(For the first 10 draws on each step, only 200 Gems will be spent.)
