[IMPORTANT] Known Issue: Supporter "[Back Alley] Ingrid" Appears in the Arena Store

Greetings, Commanders.
After the scheduled maintenance on Sep. 2nd, 2025, we've identified the following issue:
1. The supporter "[Back Alley] Ingrid" was incorrectly displayed in the Arena Store on some accounts.
We've located the cause and fixed the issue.
For Commanders who have already purchased the supporter from the Arena Store, the supporter will be retrieved in turn and, 15,000 Arena Coins will be refunded during the scheduled maintenance on Sep. 16th, 2025.
As an apology, we have sent the following compensation to all commanders. Please check your mailbox.
