[IMPORTANT] Known Issue: Connection Error Due to Microsoft Network Outage

On October 29, 2025, at 16:00 (UTC), a server connection error occurred due to an unexpected network outage.
The issue was identified as a DNS problem in Microsoft’s network services, and recovery efforts began at 20:00 (UTC) — four hours after the incident — with services gradually returning to normal thereafter.
We will continue to closely monitor the situation to minimize any further inconvenience.
